Lancini Property Group, an award-winning Queensland-based family business, has lodged a development application to construct Joyner Central, an exciting and shopping destination for Joyner and the surrounding community.
Joyner Central is planned to include a brand-new full line supermarket with contactless drive through, supporting specialty shops, café and dining options and medical services.
Currently in the initial phases, the proposed $29 million greenfield development will be in the heart of Joyner in the Moreton Bay region, on the corner of Young’s Crossing Road and Gordon’s Crossing Road East.
Work is expected to start in 2022 subject to Development Approval with the project expected to create approximately 290 jobs during construction and upon project completion.
